I am establishing a new thread, to attempt to generate discussion on CSX's operating plan. A few years ago Tony Ingram came over from NS. A new operating plan was developed, which is called One Plus (or something similar to that).
How is that operating system performing? Does anyone have any specifics of how it differs from the previous plan? It appears the OR is falling for CSX, but is that due to higher revenues (rising tides tend to lift most if not all boats), or are things falling into place?
