The Move comes as Canada's Prime Minister Paul Martin who wanted to cut VIA'S extra funding met with his cabinate to see how to deal with the madder[V][V][V][:(!] VIA RAIL CANADA and 2 other companies were named in a dubious contract money from Public Woks through Quebec advertsing firm.
