Geez, its really a bad time to be running a RR in the El Paso area. [:(]

This is just S.E. of El Paso on the line to Dallas and San Antonio

We drive it into our kids brains to stay out of the street from the time that they start to walk but do parents teach the to stay of the railroad tracks?
OLS helps but it is a small program and many schools are so focus on getting good test scores that it is hard to get any outside programs in the schools. I guess it is ok for Johney to get hit by a train as long as he post a good test score first.
Most of the tresspassers in the area seem to be kids.

There is no such thing as a bad day of railfanning. So many trains, so little time.

THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN THE U.S. OLS HELPS BUT IT CAN DO MORE.
