Bad news of freight train derailment and explosion in Iran.

Fuel, sulphur products and fertilizer become a catastrophic mix when freight cars carrying this lot derail.
Fire fighters and others killed while attending to ithe nital burn, when the whole lot goes up in one masive explosion.
Anyone seen/heard any details on how it got away in the first place?
Looks like something wasn't done right when setting the brakes?

Dang, I saw the story about that in the paper today. I can't imagine such a disaster. About 200 people were killed.
Someone's eventually going to have hell to pay.
