how do you attach pics to the threads

how do you all get pictures attached to the threads here... i see many of you posting some pictures along with your comments....

Here's what I do. I head to http://forums.railfan.net and upload some of my photos there. Then I head here and post the shot.

Example:["img"]http://forums.railfan.net/Images/Photo/scan1.jpg["/img"]

Remove the quotation marks and you get this:
