Railroads in Central IL in the 80's

Does anyone have any info on the Prarie Trunk Railway line between Beardstown-Springfield-Shawneetown, IL (Locomotives used? Years of Ops?)
Also, the Prarie Central or Wabash Valley RR

Travis,
The Prairie Trunk operated from Dec. of 1979 to June of 1984. It was abandoned July 3rd, 1985. The Praire Central operated from June 26, 1981, taking over the Wabash Valley after it ceased operations, to May 1, 1984. It also is abandoned. Wabash Valley form Dec 1, 1977 until operations taken over by Prairie Central. That's all I have. I too am looking for information about those 3 lines, ex. loco., operations, and what reamains today if anything. Thanks,
