Railroad Map of USA giving names and showing routes.

One of these maps was sent to me a few years ago and has gone missing. Where can these be sourced and purchased from? The size was approx. AO (33.11 x 46.81 inches) B & W with indexing around each side and lower edge. Any help would really be appreciated.

Rand McNally and/or Railroad Information Service (Georgetown, TX)
MAPSCO/Pierson Graphics here in Denver keeps them around as a stock item .
