Chris, Thanks, glad you liked the shot.

Modelcar, You are correct, I believe back in the PRR and PC days the line was referred to as 'The Portage Secondary' and I'm not sure when it was taken out of service.

....Mark, is that the bridge the "helpers" are about to cross....that went over the former line down around "Muleshoe Curve" route to Hollidaysburg.....?  Just trying to get my bearings in the photo.  I recognize the two different grades shown in the photo.

Hi All,

 Thought you guys would enjoy this one, sun is out yet it is snowing. An NS coal train at the top of the hill starting it's decent toward Altoona.
