LAKE ERIE, FRANKLIN, & CLARION RR ???

This may be the most obscure fallen flag RR that I have seen still rolling. I always carry a notebook whenever I do some serious trainwatching. It occured to me a while back that the grand old tradition of the rolling billboard ( RR owned boxcars, or other) are fast disappearing. I know other railfans do the same. It is a kick to see a MOPAC or Family Lines because I know how old they are at the least .
Now I see this LAKE ERIE, FRANKLIN & CLARION boxcar over in Illinois on the old IC near Tuscola last saturday. I know it has to be Pennsylvania, but I never heard of it. When did it stop operation? In other words, how old is that boxcar?
I will appreciate any knowlege anyone can pass on. Thanks, Gary

the Lake Erie, Franklin & Clarion operated between Franklin and Clarion, Pennsylvania and interchanged with Conrail. i can not remember what the interchange spot was called. motive power was an S-4, SW1500 and one other locomotive. main traffic was from a glass plant, coal mine and brick manufacturer. The LEFC closed down in 1995 after declining traffic levels made it an uneconomical operation.
