Future of Northtown Yard

From what I've heard over the past couple of years, BNSF's Northtown Yard (Minneapolis, MN) has been plagued by a labor slowdown and has gone from being the system's second busiest yard to originating only a few trains per day. Does anyone know if this situation is showing signs of improvement or will Northtown lose its place as a major classification yard? (seems a shame to me)
Thanks,
Mark
