I take it the boxcar is a buffer car, that was discussed on the forum last month.  If something happens, and the rails slide forward, they hit the boxcar, and not an engine.  Is there somewhere close around there that is getting new rail?

Thanks to Chris / CopCarSS for my avatar.

I don't know the specifics of what work is being done, but this "rail train" was stopped in Milton this afternoon on the Galt? sub on a very cold day......Two units, followed by a lone boxcar, and the rail carrying cars.
