I can see the report...

Car sides in need of work, flanges broken off, but the coupler still works!  LOL!

I "think" it was around 01 or 02 UP was bringing in a loaded coal train to the small yard next to the power plant in Bayport. For one move they had sets of locos at both ends of I think half of the train. There was a miss-communication between engineers at each end and the north end locos pushed south, the south end of train locos pushed north. Somewhere in the middle of the loaded coal train 2 cars basically were demolished as they wrapped around each other side to side. It looked like the couplers somehow stayed together through this all. It was in one of the newspapers and I went to see it. It was quite the mess of coal and bent aluminum. That would have been quite the site to see happen. I didn't get pictures though.
