Scratch that question. Read in the STL Post Dispatch that UP needs to do some maintenance on a water line and will have to delay leaving St. Louis until Wednesday AM. Guess that means I can get down to the display area and ask them myself. Paper said they would leave the public viewing area open this week. I missed it last night by 5 minutes...

Thanks..

It will be serviced in Hickory Ridge Arkansas on Monday the 19th Between 11:00 Am to 11:30 Am and arrive in Pine Bluff later that day for display on the 20th from 8 am till 5 pm.

I probably will have to go to Pine Bluff to catch this engine. The train will be sent on the old Cotton Belt line which is too far east of me. However I will keep an eye on the mainline where I am just in case.

Any St. Louis folks out there know when the UP 3985 steam engine is pulling out of town Sunday (the 18th)? I assume since it is headed to the Super Bowl in Houston that it will take the Texas Eagle route down through Poplar Bluff and Arkansas? I'd like to get some video tomorrow AM when it leaves...

Thanks, Mark
