HEy Dave,

I know you can order train Cd's at www.gsmr.com. They have a moderate sized variety. Although I never purchased one from them. They have alot of other RR stuff to.

I have recently ordered some video tapes from "Green Frog" and have been recieving their catalogs on a regular basis. In the back of the catalog are several pages of audio sounds cassettes running from $8.95 to $12.95 each. They also have some CD's listed. Try their website at www.greenfrog.com. I have had very good service from them. There may be others, but this is one I know of. Ron

Back in the 70's and 80's there were many outfits selling recordings on tape and records of train sounds, steam etc. Lot's of ads in "Trains" then. Now I see a few ads for videos, a very few for CD's which are of a very limited selection. Does anyone know if someone sells on tape or CD many of those railroad recordings we could get 20 years ago? Most of my tapes are worn now.
