It's funny you should mention Richmond, CA. Just back in November we had a discussion about local news channel KRON and their reporter standing on the mainline tracks [#wstupid] talking about the residents complaining about the train noise. [D)]

I'm not trying to rehash and reopen the old subject but here a link to the discussion and a link to the news article.

I emailed Operation Lifesaver and here's their responce:

trespassing problems are known.

I also emailed the news station about the situation. Here's their responce:
