July 16, 2007 SCRANTON, PA - On November 2 through November 4, 2007, the National Park Service at Steamtown National Historic Site, will host Lackawanna Railfest 2007. Planned activities include: . Visiting Locomotives and Railroad Equipment . Trolley Rides . Mainline Excursions . Photo Run-bys . Night Photo Session . Radisson Hotel Banquet Many events and activities are still in the planning process and as events and equipment are confirmed they will be added to the Railfest portion of Steamtown's website. Please do not call Steamtown National Historic Site for information at this point. Located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Steamtown is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. From I-81, follow exit 185 (Central Scranton Expressway); then, follow the signs to the main entrance at Lackawanna and Cliff Avenues.
