[8D]I live in NJ and love watching trains, mostly freight. Im looking for some good locations in NJ to watch. I havent found much where you can hang around for more than a few min. Anyone know of any good spots. Also anyone know of any excersions in the area. Joe A

I gave you this reply, to your MR Forum posting.
"You've got plenty of Amtrak and NJT action reasonably close by at New Brunswick -- but if its freight action you want -- why not ride the train down to Philadelphia, where there is all kinds of activity (visible from public streets, bridges etc.) within walking distance of 30th Street Station.
