Andrew: N&S doesn't run any trains on a regular schedule but the heaviest traffic time frames are around 8AM to 11AM and 4PM to 8pm . Please note that Some days are heavier than others so the best thing is patience. As for the best place it is just to the west of the bridge over Broadway and either side of the tracks (depending on the sun) in the open field (the old Wabash yard).
