If a company makes a faulty product that truly injures someone then a lawsuit should be allowed. But some juries have gone overboard with the settlements. However, the settlement caps that I am hearing about now may be too low. There must be a happy medium. Hey, I have some Cherokee Indian in my blood too. And if this lawsuit wins--I'm gettin a lawyer.
