We started the same thing about March this year. Our manager wants a big promotion and is most likely telling his boss how great it is working. Problem is it is not working. It has slowed down our production, our planes are going to paint without beging audited (which should happen before they go to paint). People are very p***** off and people are quitting right and left. The morale is at an all time low. And it is holding up the other hangars in doing their jobs. People who have told our manager "it is not working" have been walked out.
They do not want to hear the truth. And if this isn't bad enough, they are going to start this concept in the other hangars. OH BOY ! ! !

Big business isn't it wonderful.
