[/quote] Frnakly, I's suprised this hasn't started to happen already as the numbers of post '85 hires begins to eclipse the older folks. Most post '85s are from the ranks of trainmen and many are quickly trained as engineers giving the companies a lot of opportunities to use us as APEs... LC
