Railroads are not in business to make employee's happy, they are in business to make stock holders happy. This is definetly a Union problem. The Unions are going to have to prove that keeping job classifications is more efficent. <br /> Show me a railroad that operates by tradition, and I will show you one thats bankrupt. <br /> TIM A
