Wrong side of the tracks?

You know, this is happening all across the country, not just in california. Industrial areas are dried up, some investors buy the land and petition the city governement to convert it to residetial. they build it up and sell the homes to people moving to the city. All together, most of these people, never know what's actually occuring until they've finally moved in, some don't even know it was formerly an industrial area. <br /> <br />All I can say is that it was bad planning on the city governement and the developers to not put some sort of overpass or underpass so that emergency vehicles could get through. so don't blame the innocent victims, that would be the residents, in this. <br />
