Poleburner- If the crossing was that blind, why was the chlorine truck even using it? The driver is responsible for sight distance too. If he can't see, he shouldn't be crossing there. Take a look at Section 22452(b) of the California Vehicle Code that requires drivers of tank trucks to stop, look and listen and they SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL [Driver] CAN DO SO SAFELY. Don't even try to lump that on the RR. Sounds like another crossing that needs to get on the closure list... LC
