This sort of thing happens quite a lot in western New York. At one time we even had some geniuses set up a marked snowmobile trail for a rally on a secondary track used by 80 car unit coal trans and heavy local trains moving rock salt and other commodities. Only the arrest of the organizers and the cancellation of the rally seemed to get the point across to these nimrods... <br /> <br />LC
