 I bet you dimes to dollars it does happen, and has happened in the past. Those 2 locomotive companys are in a race to be tyhe best If i was purchasing a locomotive i'd go for the GE AC6000 CW because GE makes just about everyhting.. toasters, TVS, DVD players, MOST railroad crossing lights But i bet A GE representative snoops around an EMD plant and vice versa.. or i can almost garantee it's happened in the past.
