Ladies, Please forgive me. I tend to write before I think.(A bad habit most of us men have). When I was reading the conversations someone mentioned the land of OZ. I assumed both you ladies were from the western part of your states. I traveled extensivly through western Neb. and Kansas. I worked as a consulting Engineer for several cellular phone companies looking to set up cell sights.
I still travel through Eastern Kansas. I make several trips a year from Kansas City to Chanute Kansas to attend radar seminars. And yes that part of Kansas is very nice.
And Jen yes the people in Nebraska are very friendly. In 1992 I ran out of gas just outside of Kearney Neb. A farmer stopped and took me to his farm for gas. His wife insisted that I stay for Supper. (A very good meatloaf.) They were so kind, the next day before leaving Kearney I stopped at the local store and bought toy's and dropped them off, for they had two small boy's. I still get a Chistmas card from them.
TIM ARGUBRIGHT
BUFFALO GROVE ILL.
