 Dear Sir, Here is a Link to a Photo of CN 2601 Preserved near Montreal which is of the same order as CN 2599. http://www.railimages.com/gallery/pierrelacombe/aca What type of Metal is the CN 2599 Number Plate made from, Please. Some are Cast Iron, and usually Painted Red with Yellow Letttering. Others are Cast Brass/Bronze and usually have Red Background with Metal Showing. There is a List Published of 'Known' CN Steam Number Plates, over 600, and the Material of which they are made. Thank You,
