No, one tank won't get you across the country. Different units have different fuel tank sizes, but many are in the 3,000 gal range as I recall. Locos burn a lot of fuel. Can't remember how much, but it varies by throttle notch. We always get these fuel saving notices and programs, but I can't lay my hands on one now. <br /> <br />LC
