<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">So if I understand the new rule, it says that an oil train must not be left unattended on the mainline, but it is okay to leave it unattended on a siding or yard track. Is that correct? </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">Is there also a stipulation that such a siding or yard track holding an unattended oil train must be equipped with a derail? </span></p>
