BTW: In case you may be wondering, I am not a "Bleeding Heart" Liberal. I'm very conservative in my values and upbringing. I'm now a high school shop teacher and half my students fit in to "Doggy's" category. Believe me, some do push me to the point where I want to grab or jerk them out of the chair and "QuadrupleSlap" them, but I've discovered that the cool approach does work. I'm not politically correct, and won't mince words with the kids but I also temper my approach with firm kindness when I chew them out. It works!
