I read at least on shipper objection which was filed with the STB. It was from an iron ore mining company. They complained that CN had failed on their contracts to move ore from the Misabe (Duluth) area to Escanaba MI this winter and last which resulted in shutting down some furnaces in the Gary IN area. <br /> <br />The mine operator was worried that they would also fail on the Misabe - Lake Superior loads. <br /> <br />The CN has clearly proven to be a very customer-unfriendly operator and some of the things they've done are coming back to haunt them.
