I know that Frisco had one in Springfield, Missouri. It was/is next to the loco facility. I don't know if BNSF uses it or not. There was at least one here in North Little Rock. I have never seen it though and it might have been taken out. There is still one at Eureka Springs but as far as I know it doesn't operate. There is/was one at Fort Smith. I saw something about it "somewhere" in the last year or two.
