NS train, Conductor flipping the bird??

I guess he had a bad day on the rails. BNSF engineer or conductor said ---- you and flicked somebody off a couple of months ago in Illinois.

I guess that conductor is not a railfan! The anti-railfans out there usually can be laughed at but with today's paranoia, fueled by the drive-by media, every railfan needs to be circumspect at trackside. Some Railroaders are looking to with us and we cannot let them get away with it. This guy, hey, let the slide! BTW Where are the monitors, that usually do not let this sort of thing out here? Hello....

Hey ,hey now.I work for the NS and am also a rail enthusiast.But not all people in this world were brought up right,if you know what I mean.You know,I like taking pictures of railroads in action,but never really gave a thought to something.I don't go to other peoples places of work or house to photograph them in action.In some cases people could say it' an invasion of privacy,or the Gov. may say it's terroriost plotting.But anyway,no the guy or gal should not have flew the bird.And is it so bad that it could cause the man disciplanny action or his job if it was reported? Get over it and keep taking pictures..

it just shows how much ppl will actually look at the picture and analyse it before they start ranting about it. the guy is not being rude hes waving, the part that looks like a finger is the railing in the background, with some photoshop help you can see the color difference between hand and railing. Come on ppl use common sence here and get all the facts.

Yeah, it looks like the railing interfered with his hand to give the look of him flipping the bird.
