As long you are not on the property; railroadius flatus footus is out of their juristictionus. The police won't bother you usually if you behave and not act like doorus knobus.

By the sounds of it the Newus Jerseyus Transitius is a pain in the glutius maximus. Perhaps they are the doorus knobus and not us railfans. If I was wealthy and they bothered me, they would have to worry about Johnnius Cochraneus or Robertus Shapiros....maybe.

You are absolutely correct,but the several time CW & I have been bothered,here in local area;we were parked on a public street. I know he had no jurisdiction,but was easier to leave than create a scene.[:)]
