  • My most favorite is Norfolk Southern. In my opinion they have the best looking paint scheme. I also really like Canadian National too. They have a nice paint scheme too.

  • My favorite was New York Central Railroad, which includes the ole Michigan Central in which I rode a lot on the Big Four from Detroit, Michigan to Urbana,Ohio on the Ohio Special, the return was Michigan Special,as well as the daylight Ponce De Leon to the same destination and back. The Chicago Mercury,Twightlight Limited,The Wolverione,Empire State Express and much more when I was very young back in the late forties and early fifties too. I really miss those trains.[:)]

  • The Gainsville Midline - Small, Poor, last to run steam in GA, but Proud of its decapods that it owned with appologies to no one. You can see one of then in Seaboard (SAL) livery at the North Carolina Transportatioon Museum in Spencer NC.

  • I picked BNSF because I love there paint schemes, and I also herd BNSF treats their employees very well.

  • I got to love the BNSF. I live in BNSF territory in the town that has the Classification Headquarters in Galesburg, IL. But I also loved the BN as well so to take it to the modern time I said BNSF. I love BNSF H2 scheme. Granted i miss the old BN green but you know what they say Out with old and in with new.
