What program for repainting locos?

Can anybody tell me where I can get a program that would let me repaint locos and cars that I have?[?][?][?]

I am very confused by your question. Do you mean pictures of trains, trainsim trains or models?

If you're just talking pictures then get Adobe Photoshop.

Not sure about train sims, though.
