A problem on the river

It looks like the supervisors will have their work cut out for them rescuing the stranded coal barge. A major Spring flood tore it loose from the dock and after hitting a wing dam it finally jammed on the island and the bank.
Meanwhile a freight train tries to stay on schedule.
The barge is a Sylvan model. Sprayed with rattle cans and weathered with pastels and powders.
