N scale coffee table layout decorated for Christmas

This is my 2' x 4' N scale coffee table layout, which is decorated for Christmas. The layout is set in late 1950's Hawaii, and is freelanced. The lighted Christmas tree (from Noch Scenery) is seen at lower right. Most of the buildings on the layout were scratchbuilt such as the two story restaurant in the background with the umbrellas.
The gas station at upper right is a kit. The harbor water is from Magic Water, Boats are from a variety of manufacturers and are either kits or ready made.
