Empire Power Authority (E.P.A.) Coal Fired Power Plant

A super low cost backdrop structure made with foam core, hobby sticks, 5/8" CPVC elbows and some odds and ends from my garage. The covered coal hopper unloading track can handle 7 to 8 cars depending on car length. The covered hoppers are for shipping fly ash to local cement plants and bottom ash to local highway departments.
