DL44 of National Rail (Australia) has arrived on my small diorama

Even though I model the US south west I have a soft spot for Australian diesel locomotives. Therefore, when I unpacked the DL44 (from Austrains) I had to stage a photo session on my small diorama outside. The diorama itself is not very large (about 50cm x 30cm). The trestle is scratchbuilt. The thalus and ground cover is mostly real dirt from the Croatian islands (the reddish color is natural). The ties of the Roco 86 flextrack have been re-spaced for the trestle by removing the spacers in between. The trees are dried thymus stems from the garden, covered with Noch mesh material and fine turf.
