Hull starts as white plastic and will glow. Drill large hole on bottom, and small cross holes for lights. Protect holes and paint entire hull with dark primer so light doesn't leak. Install white LEDs and resistors and fill with expoxy. Light will travel inside white plastic holes. Paint lights holes with color gel paint. Paint bottom of boat black so light doesn't leak under boat.Detail boat and your finished. Easier than mounting micro LEDS and looks great in the dark!
