With the help of the MR Forum under Electrical and DCC, the posts came up with a solution for the red only or green only signals from Model Power - I wanted a RED only and a RED over GREEN only for a SLOW TO CLEAR signal but from the factory I could solve the issue.
Using a diode, the problem was fixed as these pixs show.
