I couldn't buy one of these because no one makes one. So I decided to make one myself.
This Loram Power Unit is totally hand made in HO and build on an Athearn GP38 chassis. When I contacted Loram to ask if I could use their logo to make decal, their response was, "Can you make Two?" I took that as a big yes and will be starting the second one soon. This one just needs to be weathered.
