Refugees. B&O 9609 is handling Erie-Lackawanna hoppers in East Salamanca yard as the result of Hurricane Agnes wrath on the EL mainline in June of 1972. Many EL coal loads were transferred to the B&O at Salamanca for shipment north to Buffalo that summer.
