This was one of the Hardest Highrises to scratch build in the Model city to date.  The reason is that it has 12 sides  and each side except the elevator/stair tower side has 17 window panels. There are at min 4 windows per panel. So thats 68 windows per side panel.  68 x 11 = 748 windows (prob more like 1000) that had to be cut out and 75 balconies had to be made. These widows and brick panels had to glued to a clear acrylic base panel. Glueing all these panels together on a 12 sideded roof and intermediate support was a pain. Everything had to fit together just right.
Amazingly it took only a week to build.
After ten years I had to give TLC/repairs and New people to populate the roof top Pool Area
