This is a modified Accurail box car, with the roofwalk removed and the A end ladders shortened, as used by the NdeM in their original scheme (only with the NdeM shield). This car is completed using a 10' sliding doors, and with some details added, such as the uncoupling bars, wire grab irons and complete brake rigging on the underframe.
