Yes;
Chuck, if you have a good hobby store locally, that is the place to start.
You can also look at www.walthers.com for trucks, couplers and wheels.
If you can tell us the manufacturer of your cars, we might be able to give you more specific suggestion.

New member here. Can anyone give me or point me to information on repairing wheel/coupler assemblies for H.O. cars. I recently obtained some older Sante Fe passenger cars that have older metal assemblies. A few are missing and the couplers are not compatible with newer cars. Can they be replaced? If so, where is the best place to find new ones?
