LD, I just have a Few words for you. Give it a rest. What did UPchuck do to you. Yeah he lied but so what. He admitted it. What else do you want hime to do. Bow do to you? You always have to add to the flame. You never tried to fix any thing! You just made it worse. You want him to stop lieing but you just keep on throwing wood on the fire. How does that fix any thing?  And look at the time 10:20 still hasn't been erased.

Also David, What was achomplished was someone trying to stick up for there selfs.

Milwaukee, Your going to be really tired in the moring. I once stayed up that late and I would go in and out of sleep. Like I was knocked out.

Tom, very good words.

You are right,  I do keep reminding everyone of his previous behavior, because, I dislike liars, and i believe shame is a very effective tool in breaking the lying habit.

Yes, shame is an effective tool to discourage certain behavior but it's also NOT the only tool, nor always the appropriate tool.  You can point out someone's wrongs through shame.  However, if you haven't corrected them (i.e. pointed them in the right direction) then they are only bound to repeat their mistakes and wrongs over and over again.

Well, I'm done with this.  My impression is that this thread will go bye-bye by mid-morning...

Well Tom it might seem like a good idea......and I agree it will degenerate into name calling and more potty mouth from upwhatever......but using previous behaviors as a guide...I doubt the young antagonist will let it be.

I find these type of ramblings and fluff mildly entertaining,  perhaps I should bite my tongue and just let the children go. Afterall....they aren't MY problem.

Perhaps it would be wise to shut this conversation down before it gets shut it down for us.  It can only go downhill from here...and already has.

Ok, all done swimming through replys. I have made my decision...you. Although UP has said more your stuff has been more meaniless and hurtful to "curing" someone.

LD,

Actually, I am quite aware of the "previous actions of the author of this thread" because you, in particular, keep bringing it up time and time and time again.  As I stated previously, incessant criticism about anything or anyone gets really old, really fast.

Perhaps you don't spend "your entire day making up lies or living in a fantasy world".  That's a good thing! Smile [:)]Thumbs Up [tup]  Life if best dealt with truthfully and realistically.  However, perhaps it might not be a bad idea to spend part of your day thinking of ways to help someone, rather than tearing them down.

Lastly, I don't think we missed anything.  If there were humor to it, I would have laughed.  My point being: Joking at someone else's expense is NO laughing matter, if you catch my drift.  Tearing down is easy and destructive.  Building up takes much more effort but is constructive. Smile [:)]
