What is the diff, between the #9838, 9853 cab headlight's
and the #8802, 9959 nose headlights, other then the lights

The two units with the nose headlights, #8802 and # 9959, have a white GPS dome on top of the cab; the cab-headlight units do not have these. On the prototype, these domes contain equipment that allows a quick, accurate way to trace the location of trains.
